Kypros founded Nectar Patisserie in 1992 after spending over 30 years working in Hotels and Restaurants around the United Kingdom. 

Working initially with a small team of bakers, focused on creating Handmade Cakes and Pastries to the highest possible standards, Nectar has grown to be a successful and fully independent bakery. 

Our client list has included multi-national groups as well as individual restaurants and cafés, each one treated with the same level of respect and high customer care values synonymous with Nectar Patisserie.

To this day, every Cake and Pastry is crafted by hand and produced in small batches, that enables Nectar Patisserie to offer a fully bespoke service from our Enfield bakery in North London.
