‘Kypros Constantinou opened Nectar Patisserie in 1992 having previously spent over 30 years as a fully trained chef and restaurant owner.
Kypros vision was to create a bakery that operated using traditional values and techniques, underscored by personal service.
With the support of co-owner Carol Panayiotou, the team has grown from 7 bakers to over 25 under the personal guidance and tutelage of our Master Baker Kostas Petrou and General Manager Paresh Purohit.
