I am pleased to announce the launch of our new website that will help promote our family bakery and the special cakes and pastries we create each day.
Over the coming months Nectar Patisserie will introduce a range of new items that we will promote on this page, but more importantly we have embarked on a process of updating our recipes using the skill and knowledge of 28 bakers and managers.
Led by Master Baker Kostas Petrou, we have this year removed all Hydrogenated Fats from our recipes and have a schedule of improvements that will add flavour and value to each recipe.
We are truly passionate about our products and we believe our unique structure allows Nectar Patisserie to support all our customers’ needs whilst maintaining an unparalleled level of personal service.
I am extremely proud of the bakery we created from an idea over 20 years ago and although I am a young man of 74, I still believe the best years are to come for Nectar Patisserie and the family of bakers.
